The best part about QS is being able to work directly with the people and constantly learning new things My proudest moment is when I see a number of volunteers _whom I trained earlier_ becoming leaders in their own work.

The most important thing I learned is to be soo patient.

Im married and love my wife, I have one daughter and 2 sons, I have good communications skills and love team work I like many books but mostly one named (Forgiveness is a choice).

What I find challenging about my work is the vast geographical area that we cover and we have to travel to reach all the centers I enjoy the great spirit of collaboration in our team and the noble goals that we aim to achieve.

My proudest moment is when I feel that Im one the people who are building the way for the youth to be back on the right track.

My biggest challenge is g able to adapt and deal with different personalities and different environments within the communities we work in.

Best thing in my work is constant search for positivity and being a witness on the good change that happens to our youth and that gives us a big positive boost of energy and gives you a great sense of pride, and belonging to a team that is like a big family .

I learned that no work would be achieved without team work, and we always need to keep on learning Best book I read was Alamut by Vladimir Bartol.
